Order Requirements

Custom decorated sugar cookies are made to order and require at least three weeks’ notice.  Acceptance of order is based on the chef’s availability.

Custom decorated sugar cookies require a minimum order of one dozen cookies. For orders exceeding two dozen (24) cookies, you can add cookies in any amount.

Inspiration pictures are welcomed, but other cookie artists’ work will not be replicated.  

Things to Know Before Ordering

• Prices are determined by various factors, including cookie flavor, sizes, designs, details, and the level of difficulty. Jordet’s average cookie size is 3 inches on the longest side.
• Jordet’s specializes in boutique-style custom cookies. While we won’t replicate other artists’ designs, they can serve as inspiration.
• Please note that we do not use licensed artwork without written consent. This includes but is not limited to trademarked and copyrighted material (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Sports Teams). However, general designs based on the theme are acceptable.

Packaging

To ensure freshness, each cookie is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag and delivered in a bakery box.

For an added touch, you can opt for heat sealing with ribbon bows to match your theme for an additional $12 per dozen. If you would like to add ribbon, please request it at the time of your order.
